The location is quite convenient, situated between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. The hotel features a private boat dock. It provided easy access for airport transfers. Staff members were helpful. They assisted with directions and reservations. The hotel served a welcome bottle of Prosecco upon my arrival.

The gym had very basic equipment, and some pieces were not up to standard.

The room included shutters and curtains. These kept the room completely dark. A well-stocked minibar was available in the room. There was an umbrella for guest usage during inclement weather.

I must say, the location was superb. I walked to the rialto bridge and st mark's square easily. a private dock offered seamless transport to and from the airport, i really appreciated it. upon arrival, a complimentary bottle of prosecco greeted us. It was good. breakfast included a wide variety of delicious options. The food was amazing!!!

the gym was a bit basic, and the equipment was not quite up to standard, i think.

the location are good, close to rialto bridge and shops. it was easy to reach restaurant and other sights. the staff were helpful and friendly always smiling, i felt welcome. breakfast had a nice selection of pastries.

the rooms appear grand, but it felt fake. the sheets are not smooth, i expect more. our shower head leak, it was annoying. the hairdryer are old.
